Course Overview

Our IPC Plumbing Code Training Course is structured into four comprehensive sessions, each lasting two hours. In Session 1, you’ll get an introduction to the IPC, exploring its importance, structure, and general regulations, including key definitions and terminology. Session 2 dives into fixtures, faucets, and fixture fittings, covering minimum requirements, installation standards, water supply, distribution systems, and hot water heaters. Session 3 focuses on drainage systems, waste, venting, and traps, teaching you the design and layout of sanitary drainage, venting systems, storm drainage components, and troubleshooting techniques. Finally, Session 4 addresses special piping and storage systems, surface water and storage requirements, and prepares you for the exam with a comprehensive review, practice questions, and test-taking strategies, culminating in final exam practice. Books are not included but links will be provided to acquire books needed and suggested.
